The flavours, traditions and spirit of Thai cooking, brought together in London with the warmth and generosity of Thailand.
A Belief in Thai Food
Thai cooking has a wonderful way of bringing energy and warmth together. We believe in keeping that vibrant spirit alive while creating a setting where people can slow down, gather and enjoy it.
our journey
Thai food is rooted in markets, kitchens and shared tables, shaped over generations by fresh ingredients, regional traditions and a love of balanced flavour.
NARA Thai brings that spirit to London through fragrant curries, wok dishes, comforting soups and Thai classics, with the warmth and generosity of Thai dining at the heart of it all.

Bringing the spirit of Thai dining to London
A good meal is shaped by more than its flavours. We believe the details around it matter too, from dietary needs and spice levels to the people and setting around the table.
Every table is different, and dietary needs deserve the same care and attention as everything else we serve.
Thai cooking is about balance, and that includes finding the right level of heat, from mild and fragrant to hot and fiery.
Our menu is 100% halal, with the flavours, ingredients and care of Thai cooking brought to the table with confidence.
Some moments call for two, others for a table full of family and friends. Our dining spaces make room for both.
Bangkok’s street food is vibrant, lively and full of flavour. We wanted to bring that same taste to a setting where there is time to sit back, share and enjoy the experience.
The street inspires the food. The table shapes the experience.
Thai cooking is a careful balance of fresh ingredients, bold aromatics, heat, and timing. At NARA Thai, these elements come
together with care to preserve the vibrant character of every dish.
Quality ingredients, fresh herbs, and fragrant aromatics bring brightness, depth and character to every plate.
High heat and careful timing give our wok dishes their distinctive texture, fragrance and depth of flavour.
Sweet, sour, salty, spicy and savoury flavours come together in harmony, creating the balance that lies at the heart of Thai cuisine.
I grew up eating this food in Bangkok. When I came to the UK in 2018, I spent 8 years working in different kitchens, but I could not find the Thai food I knew from home.
The food I found here was bland. It had been made easier for the local taste: less fish sauce, less chilli, less of everything that made it taste like home. I always wanted to bring those flavours back into the kitchen.
I had worked in many kitchens, but one thing stayed with me: the dream of cooking Thai food with real Thai spices and the recipes I grew up with.
When I joined Nara, that changed. I can make it the way it should be. Real fish sauce, real spice levels, real recipes. Every dish that leaves the kitchen is something I’m happy to serve. That matters to me.
